Total Nexus is a digital zine dedicated to the arts, with a focus on the practice of artists, musicians and other creative workers. The basic idea behind this collection of zines is the fact that different artistic practices are united by a desire and quest to communicate, create meaning, generate knowledge, or, as T. Schatzki posits:

"Despite this diversity, practice accounts are joined in the belief that such phenomena as knowledge, meaning, human activity, science, power, language, social institutions, and historical transformation occur within and are aspects or components of the field of practices. The field of practices is the total nexus of interconnected human practices." (Schatzki in "The Practice Turn in Contemporary Theory")

This webpage intends to represent this field of interconnected human practices to show the central role of man in all artistic forms. The zines are completely created with code and are only available in digital format. Follow this link to see a sample work and read the instructions for purchasing and opening the zines.
